NUI Delivery Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time:

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, local postal service efficiency, or weather disruptions.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Important:
NUI is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has left our facility. Please ensure all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot reroute packages once shipped.
